The resolution announced this Saturday also stipulates that from January 3, 2023, , passengers on all flights departing from China must carry an EU vaccine passport ( EU digital COVID certificate) or an equivalent certificate with the same validity.

In the case of proof of recovery, a certificate issued by a competent authority or medical service at least 11 days after the first NAAT diagnostic test or a positive antigen test conducted by a health professional or qualified person will be considered a valid proof of recovery. The certificate is valid for 180 days after the date of the first positive diagnostic test result.
Without an EU vaccine passport (EU digital COVID certificate) or an equivalent vaccine certificate, passengers must have a negative COVID-19 test report before they can enter the country, that is, the negative certificate mentioned in the second point above.
Countries require airport managers and airlines to work with the Ministry of Health to implement these epidemic prevention measures.
Travel agencies, tour operators and transportation companies, as well as any other agents selling tickets individually or as part of a combined tour, must inform passengers of the relevant safety precautions at the beginning of the sales process. .
Shipping lines must ensure that all passengers boarding flights from China to Spain have an EU COVID digital certificate or equivalent, or a negative diagnostic test certificate.
In the event of non-compliance with the resolution, the regime set out in the General Public Health Act will apply, article 58 of which provides for fines of up to €600,000 for very serious breaches.
