html From November 8 to 9, the second-level inspector of the Supervision Innovation Office of the Provincial Drug Administration, Xie Zhijie, led the research team to Jiangmen to investigate the comprehensive reform and innovation projects of drug supervision, and held a symposium at the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, listened to reports on the three reform projects in 2022, and learned in detail about the expected goals, progress, existing problems and next promotion measures of the six projects approved by the Provincial Drug Administration in 2023, and focused on providing special guidance on the comprehensive reform work of the "'One Supervision to the End' Online Live Pharmaceutical and Mechanical Law Enforcement Activities" that incubated from general projects into key projects in 2022. Zhang Quanqin, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, and relevant responsible persons from relevant departments of the Municipal Bureau and various counties (cities, districts) bureaus attended the meeting.
Xie Zhijie thanked Jiangmen for supporting and supporting the comprehensive reform and innovation of drug supervision in the province, and provided many useful ideas and innovative projects for the province's reform and innovation, and fully affirmed the city's promotion of comprehensive reform and innovation in drug supervision. First, should make a "big article" of reform with the "small incision" of supervision. We must explore the characteristics of "one supervision to the end" of drug-mechanical live broadcast law enforcement different from previous live broadcast law enforcement, focus on the construction of the "consumer" competency model, focus on common issues such as daily knowledge, supervision and management that the masses care about, and focus on the "interest", "medicine flavor" and "fragrance" of drug-mechanical popular science publicity from three dimensions: consciousness, common sense, and ability.
Second, must use general system design specifications and solidify workflows. Focusing on the six major key points of "legal subject, legal product, traceable source, compliant warehousing, legal channels, and open results", we will continue to explore and optimize the regulatory model, conduct in-depth research on system design, further improve the working mechanism, integrate and simplify drug supervision matters, standardize and form a set of popular science brochures and live broadcast law enforcement work procedures that are universal, highly operational, and of great reference significance.
Third, should promote "two-in-depth" and "three sense improvement" with "one monitoring to the end".
