On December 6, 2022, Yang Xiangtan, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiang'an County Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, and head of the first group of the Legal Inspection Group, led the inspection team to Jiang'an Town and County Market Supervision Bureau to carry out the "three systems" inspection on the construction of a rule of law government, responsibility implementation and administrative law enforcement.
In Jiang'an Town, the inspection team listened to the report and viewed the information and believed that Jiang'an Town did not pay enough attention to the construction of a law-based government, and the relationship between the rule of law-based government and the construction of a law-based government has not yet been clarified, and the comprehensive administrative law enforcement system has not been completely straightened out.
Yang Xiangtan requires that Jiang'an Town, as the central town of Jiang'an County, should play a leading and exemplary role. 1. must build a strong organizational system, clarify the structure of the rule of law government construction, and clarify the responsibilities of the rule of law government construction, especially the responsibilities of the main responsible persons; 2. improves the law enforcement mechanism, standardizes law enforcement procedures, enforces the law in accordance with the law, and strictly standardizes fair and civilized law enforcement; 3. makes up for the shortcomings in work, and compares the key work arrangements for the construction of a rule of law government, and promotes the refinement of the construction of a rule of law government.
At the Jiang'an County Market Supervision Bureau, the inspection team affirmed the achievements made by the Market Supervision Bureau in promoting the construction of a rule of law government, and pointed out that the county market supervision bureau still has problems such as the internal management system not being revised in a timely manner, the accuracy of business training is insufficient, the form of legal publicity is relatively single, and "whoever enforces the law will be popularized" needs to be strengthened.
Yang Xiangtan demanded that the Jiang'an County Market Supervision Bureau should base itself on market supervision responsibilities, take the initiative to take responsibility, and effectively promote the level of building a law-based government to a new level. First, should be good at summarizing, be good at publicity of the highlights and characteristics in the work, and play the role of a propaganda position; Second, should check for omissions and fill in the gaps, improve the mechanism, and revise and improve the legal review system for major internal administrative law enforcement decisions; Third, should make good connections, strengthen execution and punishment connections , strengthen communication and exchanges among departments, and more effectively escort the sustained and healthy development of the county's economy and society.
