In order to implement the spirit of the county party committee and county government on the work of safety production and epidemic prevention and control, recently, a special inspection team was formed by staff from the Employment Promotion Section of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Labor Relations Section of the Labor Relations Section to carry out special inspections on production safety and epidemic prevention and control work for human resources and labor dispatch agencies in our county, further strictly prevent the bottom line of production safety, build a solid line of defense for epidemic prevention and control, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
inspection team successively inspected eight human resources service agencies including Shanxi Tongcheng Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., Shanxi Guanghua Human Resources Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Ninghong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. that have obtained licenses to engage in occupational intermediary activities and labor dispatch operations in accordance with the law. They inspected the electricity safety, fire protection facilities, internal safety management systems of the human resources service agencies, and listened to the report of the agency head on safety work and the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures.
Inspection team requires all institutions to strictly and effectively carry out production safety and epidemic prevention and control work. First, must designate a dedicated person to be responsible for the investigation of safety hazards, ensure normal use of fire protection facilities, unobstructed safety outlets, normal ventilation, etc., improve safety awareness, and attach great importance to safety production work. Second, should carry out fire safety education and fire safety drills, comprehensively carry out self-inspection and self-correction of daily fire safety, open fire passages, update fire equipment in a timely manner, prevent safety accidents, and actively create a good atmosphere for the safe and orderly human resources industry in our county. Third, must strictly follow the guidance of the county prevention and control office on implementing epidemic prevention measures, strengthen employee recruitment management, effectively fulfill the main responsibilities of the company, and put employee life, health and safety first.
In the next step, our bureau will continue to increase inspection and supervision efforts, strictly implement the main responsibilities of production safety enterprises and departmental supervision responsibilities, and make every effort to protect the safety and stability of the human resources and social security field.
