Basic conditions for expert selection
Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, honest and dedicated, abide by laws and regulations, have good academic ethics and strong decision-making and consultation skills, adhere to principles, have a decent style, be able to perform duties conscientiously, objectively, fairly, and honestly, without records of violations; be familiar with environmental monitoring related fields (including but not limited to environmental monitoring activities such as water and wastewater, ambient air and waste gas, soil and sediments, solid waste, noise and vibration, oil and gas recovery, radiation, etc.), and be familiar with environmental monitoring instruments Equipment (including automatic and online monitoring instruments and equipment), familiar with environmental monitoring management, quality control, comprehensive analysis and other work, able to perform duties with a scientific, rigorous, conscientious and responsible attitude, and provide technical guidance and policy consultation for ecological environment monitoring work; have profound attainments in environmental monitoring or environmental management, familiar with national, provincial and municipal environmental monitoring laws, regulations, and industry policies, and master the specifications and requirements of environmental monitoring technology; have a senior professional and technical title for more than 3 years to engage in environmental monitoring related work, or have an intermediate professional and technical title for more than 5 years to engage in environmental monitoring related work, are familiar with air/surface water automatic monitoring or online monitoring of pollution sources and have been engaged in related work for more than 3 years, or have the qualifications of the provincial inspection and testing agency qualification certification reviewer. Those who meet one of the above conditions can apply to enter the warehouse; if they are in good health, they can ensure normal participation in training and teaching, technical guidance, report review, on-site inspection and on-site survey work and other related activities. In principle, the age shall not exceed 65 years old (if physical conditions permit, the age can be appropriately relaxed); they are good at communication and have good language expression and communication skills.

provides decision-making consultation for Handan ecological environment monitoring work; provides technical support for ecology and environment monitoring and management of Handan City; organizes technical exchanges for the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Handan City; , technical review and other activities to provide technical support; participate in various monitoring technical training, supervision and inspection, guidance and assistance organized by the Handan Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, and provide technical guidance; participate in other professional work arranged by the Handan Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, as well as other obligations stipulated by laws, regulations and rules; adhere to a scientific, rigorous, objective and fair, and seek truth from facts, and provide real and reliable personal written review opinions. The personal review opinions must have clear opinions, and the opinions should be based on sufficient basis and be targeted, reasonable and feasible. Handan Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau implements dynamic management of the expert database. Experts who do not meet the requirements will no longer be hired, and experts who have committed fraud or have dereliction of duty will be disqualified. The period of expert entry is generally 3 years, and the period of expert entry is automatically extended after the expiration of the period of expert entry is, and each extension is 3 years.
