Recently, Wu Yifan, who was arrested for committing rape and gathering for sexual intercourse, was finally sentenced. Since Wu Yi has become a Canadian citizen, after his sentence in China expires, he may have to return to Canada for chemical castration.
Chemical castration is to inject a drug to cause impotence and thus lose sexual function. This is a means of punishing rapists in some Eastern European countries. Although the castration in ancient my country was painful, it was only a one-time execution. It is said that chemical castration requires continuous injection for up to 15 years before the criminals completely lose their function, and the process is very painful.
I think the invention of this criminal law is great, and our country should also introduce this criminal law. This criminal law is especially applicable to some perverted rapists (such as raping young girls).
For this type of rapist, it is not suitable to talk about human nature. If Chinese judicial agencies also adopt chemical castration...the number of such criminals in China will be reduced by 4/5... to 80%...
This type of rapists has no human nature, so they must not be soft-hearted. Only with the most severe punishment can they play a deterrent effect.
