Recently, the Jiading District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision benchmarked the requirements of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision to accelerate the construction of "smart discipline inspection and supervision", focus on the operation supervision of small and micro powers at the grassroots level, and further extend to the street level based on the previous Huating Town pilot project, and piloted the construction of "cadre supervision information platform" in Xincheng Road Street .
"The power of small and micro at the grassroots level involves a wide range of fields, many matters, and a large amount of information. In the past, I had to spend a lot of time and energy to check data, and sometimes I couldn't find a certain entry." The relevant person in charge said that the cadre supervision information platform that was piloted this time meets their work needs, not only weaving a dense cloud "supervision network" for the operation of small and micro at the grassroots level, but also allowing grassroots supervisors to reduce the burden and loosen the constraints and go into battle lightly. Where does the
platform supervision information come from? "Collect and integrate data and information scattered in multiple functional departments, and combine personal information of grassroots cadres." Staff of the District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision introduced that through study and research, contact and communication, and checking corruption risk points, they have determined a list of basic information collections such as relief funds, collective asset leasing, engineering projects, unlicensed construction, service project procurement, volunteer funding and property management fee payment. At present, relevant information of grassroots cadres such as the chief and deputy section level of some streets, members of the village and neighborhood "two committees" teams have been included in the platform.
Scientific analysis, intelligent screening, and efficient operation of information platform has given "wisdom" wings to supervision work. In response to the abnormal data exported by the platform, the District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision promoted relevant streets and towns to hold special meetings to arrange special work for abnormal data verification. For example, the platform monitoring found that the distribution of volunteer funds from some grassroots units was not standardized. After verification, 12 disciplinary inspection proposals have been issued to the village party organizations, 2 supervision recommendations have been issued to relevant functional departments, and 3 clean complaints have been issued to the leaders in charge of the involved units. At present, the relevant street and town discipline (work) committees are following up on the implementation of rectification and implementation point-to-point, and urging and promoting the standardized operation of small and micro powers. In the next stage, the District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision will further deepen and refine the operating framework of the information platform for cadre supervision, expand and enrich operation scenarios, and continuously improve the ability to use big data to discover problems and correct deviations, so as to sound the "outpost" of wisdom for supervision work.
