Zhang Hui, a second-level inspector of the Organization Department of the Nantong Municipal Party Committee and president of the Nantong Talent Society, and Zhu Yingying, member of the Standing Committee of the Rugao Municipal Party Committee, Minister of the Organization Department, and Minister of the United Front Work Department, participated in the event. The meeting listened to the preparation report of the Rugao Talent Society, passed the society's charter and election methods, and elected the first board of directors, supervisory board, president, vice president and secretary-general.
