On November 3, 2022, Wang Guohua, Vice Chairman of the Deyang Municipal CPPCC, Chen Fan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal CPPCC, and Liu Gang, Director of the Social and Legal Affairs Committee of the Municipal CPPCC, and his party went to Jingyang District to investigate the promotion of the "1+8" demonstration pilot results. Zhou Botai, vice chairman of the District CPPCC, Yin Xianfeng, director of the District Party Committee’s Office for the Rule of Law and director of the District Justice Bureau, and Xiao Li, executive deputy secretary of the District Political and Legal Affairs Committee, accompanied the investigation.
Research team first came to Longju Village, Xinzhong Town to inspect the construction of grassroots rule of law, and learn more about the advanced experience of grassroots governance in Longju Village. Afterwards, the research team came to Qinmi Community, Xiaogan Street, and visited the first "community legal district" in the country to learn more about the "full process, systematic, closed-loop" one-stop multi-dispute resolution mechanism of the community legal district.
Wang Guohua highly appreciates Jingyang District's construction of a grassroots governance model of co-construction, co-governance and sharing.
