According to Cambodia media, Ministry of Home Affairs spokesman Qiao Supa revealed that at 8:30 pm on October 18, the Phnom Penh police raided a massage parlor suspected of providing sexual services on No. 501, Sensu District, and rescued three massage girls, including two underage.
At the instructions of Phnom Penh Police Chief Su Tong, the local police cooperated with the joint actions of anti-human trafficking and other institutions and found that the above-mentioned massage parlor was suspected of providing sexual services. Therefore, a boss and his wife were arrested on the spot and three massage girls were rescued at the same time.
It is understood that the store has two rooms, which starts from 9 am every day and does not close until the early morning. The charges are subject to the circumstances. If it is a regular massage, it will cost 12,000 riel (about USD 3); if it is a sexual service, it will range from USD 20 to USD 25. However, the boss wants to share it with the massage girl.
At present, the owner of the massage parlor has been taken to the police station, waiting for disposal according to law. Three massage girls were sent to the Ministry of Social Welfare, Veterans and Youth Reform for education.
