Li Weiming emphasized that the design plan should fully consider the relationship between planning rationality and implementation feasibility, and combine it with the actual situation of the county, scientifically evaluate and repeatedly demonstrate, fully consider the relationship between reasonable layout and efficiency, make rational use of space, and scientifically plan functional layout.
