Recently, in order to further standardize the supervision of agencies and promote the healthy development of the industry, the Runan County Finance Bureau and the County Development and Reform Commission jointly formulated the "Notice on the Implementation Plan for Joint Supervision of "Double Random, One Public" Department" (Ru Cai Accounting [2022] No. 10), and organized and set up a special team to supervise and inspect the agency in our county.

This inspection adopted a combination of on-site inspection and agency inspection. Three agencies were randomly selected to conduct comprehensive supervision and inspection from 10 aspects such as institutional system construction, procurement document preparation, and procurement information announcement.
The purpose of this inspection is to improve the agency system, improve the awareness of government procurement policies and regulations of agencies, standardize the business level and operational skills of agency practitioners, and ensure that all government procurement work of agencies is standardized and efficiently operated.
Next, the special inspection team will achieve full coverage and form a long-term supervision mechanism, increase the on-site and post-event supervision of government procurement agencies, improve the professional level of government procurement agencies, promote the standardized and efficient government procurement activities, and optimize the government procurement business environment.
