It is reported that Biden "will work with G20 partners to discuss the global impact of climate change, Russian President Putin launching a war on Ukraine, including energy and food security and affordability issues, as well as a series of key challenges that must be addressed first,"
White House also claimed that during Biden's visit to Cambodia , he will reiterate the United States' support for Southeast Asian countries, emphasize the importance of US cooperation with ASEAN, and ensure regional security and prosperity.
In addition, US Vice President Harris will go to Bangkok, Thailand from November 18 to 19 to attend the APEC Leaders' Meeting, and will then visit Manila, Philippines.
