For personnel who have high-risk areas or refer to high-risk areas (Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia) who have travel history (return) to Sanya who have travel history within 7 days, or who have travel history (Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia) will implement "ground inspection" at the arrival of Sanya airports, docks and other checkpoints, and implement 7-day centralized isolation medical observation (centralized isolation costs are self-paid), among which nucleic acid testing will be carried out once every on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days. The management period will be calculated from the date of leaving the epidemic risk area, and the amount of less than 7 days will be filled. 2. For people coming to (return) Sanya who have traveling and living history in Tibet, Hanzhong, Shaanxi, Xi'an, Datong, Shanxi, Yuncheng, Ningbo, Ningxia Yinchuan, Foshan, Guangdong, Guangzhou, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Gansu Lanzhou, Nanchong, Sichuan, Luzhou, Shanghai, Dehong, Henan Zhengzhou, Chongqing and other regions within 7 days, they will implement "ground inspection" at the entry gate. Only those with negative test results can be released. After entering Sanya, they should report to the unit, community (village) as soon as possible, implement 3-day home isolation medical observation, and implement "three days and three inspections" (excluding ground inspection). After the home isolation medical observation, we will participate in the normalized nucleic acid test in our city. If the conditions for medical observation at home are not met, centralized medical observation will be taken (centralized isolation costs will be borne by yourself).
3. Except for the above areas, for those who have a local epidemic within 7 days, a "ground inspection" will be implemented at the market entry checkpoint without waiting for the nucleic acid test results. After entering Sanya, you should report to your community (village) and hotel (hotel) as soon as possible to implement the "three-day three inspections".
4. The above-mentioned list of epidemic areas is dynamically adjusted according to the epidemic situation.
