1 District Urban and Rural Development Bureau insists on prioritizing the resolution of minimum living allowances, low-income, physical disability, key preferential and preferential treatment targets and retired military personnel who meet the application conditions, and adheres to the principle of people-oriented, solving difficulties and benefiting the people as the fundamental principle. It guides and supervises the application, declaration, and review of public rental housing, and focuses on verifying the personal information of applicants, the number of families, low-guarantee or low-income certificates, rental contracts and rent payment receipts, and gives priority care to 17 households who meet the conditions for preferential and subsistence allowances. After being allocated to the housing, Tuo Zhanlong, a low-income household, said excitedly: "Thank you for solving my housing problem." Liu Junqing, a needy, had a meager income and needed to be a college student. He has been renting a house. This time, the public rental housing allocated this time has effectively reduced the financial burden of their families.
At the same time, in order to ensure the fairness, justice and openness of the allocation of public rental housing, the waiting lottery ceremony invited more than 20 people including district people's congress representatives, district CPPCC members, social supervisors and applicant household representatives to participate. On-site staff strictly enrolled 70 units in batches in accordance with the "City East District 2022 Third Batch of Public Rental Housing Waiting and Allocation Work Plan" to ensure that the lottery results are true and valid.
