District Party Secretary Cao Liqiang attended the training class and delivered training speeches to all participants. Cao Liqiang pointed out that we must thoroughly study and implement a series of new ideas, new concepts and new requirements put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening the modernization of grassroots governance, conscientiously implement the spirit of the Central Committee and Municipal Party Committee, summarize and deepen the experience and achievements of Xuhui District in leading grassroots governance in recent years, be good at responding to new situations, new problems and new challenges facing grassroots governance, and effectively promote the implementation of the "1+6" series of documents for party building leading grassroots governance in Xuhui District.
