htmlOn September 28, the fourth meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th Committee of the CPPCC Hongshan District was held. District CPPCC Chairman Liu Jinsong, Vice Chairman Qian Shengli, Yan Laibin, Li Yunling and Cao Yan attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Li Yunling. Zhang Jian, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor, was invited to attend the meeting and gave a tutorial on the economic situation of the whole district since this year. From four dimensions, including the total economic output and industrial structure of Hongshan District, the driving force and potential of economic development, the supply and guarantee of economic development, the quality and efficiency of economic development, the economic development situation in the whole district was interpreted in an easy-to-understand manner, providing guidance for the CPPCC members to fully understand and deeply grasp the current economic development status of Hongshan District and better provide suggestions for the development of Hongshan . The
meeting heard a report on the development of the digital cultural and creative industry in our district, the strengthening of the sense of community for the Chinese nation, the development of the digital economy and the meta-universe industry, and health education. Focusing on the four issues reported, the participating members actively negotiated and made suggestions.
Standing Committee member Yao Hua, a District CPPCC Cultural and Sports Committee, put forward suggestions on formulating special policies for the live broadcast industry, building a Wuhan live broadcast industry base, accurately introducing leading enterprises, increasing the cultivation of content characteristics of Internet celebrity anchors, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, and increasing financial capital's support for live broadcast companies. Member Wan Xun of the Ancestral Ethnic and Religious Committee of the CPPCC of the CPPCC focused on the "Problems and Suggestions on Forging a Strong Consciousness of the Chinese Nation in Hongshan District", it suggested that universities + government + communities cooperate in cooperation, strengthen community work team building and grassroots cadres training, improve residents' enthusiasm for participating in community governance, establish a mechanism to promote normalized cultural exchanges, and improve work assessment mechanisms.
Member Xiao Chunxia of the Science and Technology and Industry Committee of the CPPCC in the District, put forward five suggestions on "Foresighted layout of the digital economy and the metaverse, leading the high-quality innovative development of Hongshan": cultivating and introducing talents, building a talent highland for digital economy and the metaverse; strengthening district-school cooperation, breaking through the core technologies of the digital economy and the metaverse; empowering the real economy, and promoting the deep integration of traditional industries and digitalization; doing a good job in top-level design, forward-looking layout of the digital economy and the metaverse industry; holding an industrial conference to send the voice of Hongshan's digital economy to the whole country and the world.
Member Yang Fan of the Medical and Health Committee of the CPPCC in the District, put forward suggestions such as government-led, departmental linkage, and integrating health into all policies; social mobilization, extensive participation, and creating a health-supporting environment; increasing the construction of health science popularization and creating a popular science atmosphere for the whole people.
District CPPCC Standing Committee member She Youyuan and three other members including Jiang Li, Shen Mugui, Yao Jianyu made additional speeches. Zhang Jian fully affirmed the wonderful suggestions from the members and also put forward constructive suggestions. The meeting also reviewed and approved relevant personnel appointments and removals.
Liu Jinsong emphasized that
should continue to play the role of a special consultative body, perform functions around the center, improve the quality and effectiveness of consultation work, and promote the transformation of consultation results into decision-making and deployment of district committees and district governments and work measures of functional departments;
should be consistent, demonstrate the important political responsibility of building consensus, strengthen political leadership, ideological guidance, and practical guidance, build the "important position" more firmly, build the "important platform" wider, and build the "important channel" smoother;
should work hard to complete the annual tasks with high quality, coordinate the normalized epidemic prevention and control, study and performance of duties, do a good job in soliciting proposal clues, plan and prepare the second plenary session of the 10th District CPPCC as soon as possible, and deliver a qualified and satisfactory CPPCC answer sheet with practical actions and performance results.
