On the afternoon of September 26, Weizi Street Health Center organized a meeting of all workers to convey the spirit of the Municipal Health and Family Planning Bureau’s meeting on improving the satisfaction of the people who are seeking medical treatment and the 12345 government hotline processing work promotion meeting. At the meeting, Party branch secretary Xu Minghui led everyone to study the "Double Six Regulations" of Medical and Health Service Satisfaction Work in 2022" and "30 Regulations on Medical Convenience in Weifang City" and make arrangements and deployments for the next step in combination with the actual work of our hospital. The
meeting pointed out that while doing a solid job in the normalized prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, we must adhere to the patient first, be problem-oriented, continuously optimize resource allocation, improve service system, improve medical service capabilities, improve work style, and take multiple measures to carry out a series of activities to benefit the people, effectively improve the people's medical experience and improve the satisfaction of medical treatment.
