It is reported that as of the evening of the 25th, the center of "Olu" was on the ocean 190 kilometers west of Bangaziland Province, the Philippines. The maximum continuous wind speed near its center reached 140 kilometers per hour and the instantaneous wind speed reached 170 kilometers per hour. According to the release of the National Disaster Reduction Committee of the Philippines on the morning of the 26th, as of now, more than 600 people have been affected, and electricity supply has been interrupted in 12 cities in the Philippines. In addition, affected by the "Olu", nearly 50 international and domestic flights in the Philippines were cancelled, and more than 2,500 people were stranded at the port.
