In order to further promote strict standards, fair and civilized law enforcement, improve the administrative law enforcement level and administrative law enforcement supervision capabilities of Fuxing District, and consolidate the foundation of comprehensive administrative law enforcement business, on July 15, the Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the District Committee and the District Committee Editorial Office Director Li Huanyu, District Justice Bureau Party Leadership Group Secretary and Director Wang Guangjun, and District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau Party Secretary and Director Cui Chaoyang participated in the training and gave important speeches and emphasis on how to do a good job in comprehensive administrative law enforcement based on their respective functions. The meeting invited Associate Professor of Hebei Judicial Police Vocational College, Hebei Rule of Law Think Tank Experts, Handan Municipal People’s Government Legal Advisor, Handan Municipal Party Committee Lecture Group Guest Professor , Handan Municipal Arbitration Commission Arbitrator Han Deli and Hebei Provincial Housing and Construction System Professor Zhou Lushen, a member of the administrative law enforcement expert database, a public lawyer of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, and the deputy director of the law enforcement business of the Municipal Urban Management Detachment, gave lectures. More than 110 people in total participated, including all law enforcement personnel of the District Justice Bureau, Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau and law enforcement business backbones of 11 townships and streets.

At the meeting, Professor Han focused on explaining in detail the three systems of administrative law enforcement and the important system of administrative penalties in the form of typical cases. During the teaching process, he also interacted with law enforcement officers and answered questions on the spot; Professor Zhou Lushen explained the key areas Relevant knowledge of administrative law enforcement procedures .

After the training, all comprehensive administrative law enforcement personnel were organized to conduct a unified law enforcement business examination. As a test of the results of this training, the legal quality of law enforcement personnel was effectively improved.
