The Highland Park shooting suspect "pre-planned his attack for weeks" and disguised himself in women's clothing to escape the scene of his shooting, according to law enforcement.

Lake County Sheriff Christopher Covelli said at a news conference on Tuesday that Climo was captured on video wearing women's clothing so that he could blend in with the panicked crowd fleeing the scene of the massacre.
