On July 23, 1921, the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened in Shanghai.
In October 2017, General Secretary Xi Jinping led members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee to pay a special visit to the site of the National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai, review the history of the founding of the party, review the oath of joining the party, and find the spiritual motivation to move forward from the place where our party was born.
In June 2021, the Memorial Hall of the First Congress of the Communist Party of China was completed and opened. This is the place where the dream of the Chinese Communist Party set sail, and it is also the spiritual home of the Chinese Communists. Since its birth, the Communist Party of China has established its original mission of seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

The party group of our hospital organically combines the study and education of party history with the education and rectification of the political and legal team. It actively performs its duties in accordance with the law while strengthening political awareness, legal awareness and procuratorial awareness. It guides all police officers to take the advanced deeds of Mo Weijing, prosecutor of the First Procuratorate Department, as the core. Actively build the "Aunt Mo" minor protection work brand, and strive to achieve the organic unity of political effects, social effects, and legal effects in handling cases. In 2021, our hospital was awarded the title of "National Advanced Group for Protecting Women and Children's Rights and Interests."

Our hospital continues to deepen the "procuratorial work for the people" and solve the urgent, difficult and anxious problems of the masses with heart and soul. Party members and police officers actively participate in the front line of community epidemic prevention and control, and have carried out volunteer services for 1,100 people, contributing to the procuratorial power to win the battle to defend Greater Shanghai.
