But there are exceptions to this. The most typical one is this big country with a population of more than 200 million. It has only 5 provinces in the country and is as close to China as brothers.
This country is the Republic of Pakistan.
We know that Pakistan is actually a big country in the world, because both its land and population are very large.
And the population alone is more than 200 million. According to international territorial divisions, even if 10 million people are divided into one province, Pakistan will have at least 20 provinces.
