All family members agree with the guiding dog business philosophy and guiding purpose of dedication to China; All members of the family agree to foster guide dog puppies, and all members of the family have no history of animal skin allergies; they can strictly follow the "Guide Dog Foster Families Guide" to carry out scientific breeding management, education and training of puppies, acceptable Base home visit; able to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of the "Guide Dog Puppy Foster Family Agreement"; have enough time to care for and accompany the puppies every day; be able to bear the basic feeding and management expenses of the puppies in the family.
