The newly revised " Railway Passenger Transport Regulations " will be implemented from now on, which will be implemented on January 1, 2023. It stipulates that railway transportation enterprises must provide services such as priority ticket purchasing and priority boarding for active military personnel, disabled military personnel, survivors of martyrs, old, young, sick, disabled and pregnant passengers, etc., and improve the protection of the rights and interests of special passengers.
Article 15 Personnel holding the People's Republic of China Disabled Military Personnel Certificate , the People's Republic of China Disabled People's Police Certificate, and the National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team Disabled Personnel Certificate can purchase preferential tickets .
Article 21 Railway transportation enterprises shall, in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Status and Rights and Interests of Military Personnel" and "Regulations on the Pensions and Preferential Treatment of Military Personnel", provide priority ticket purchasing, priority boarding and other services to active servicemen, disabled servicemen, martyrs, servicemen who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, survivors of servicemen who died of illness, fire rescue personnel, and family members traveling with them, as well as services such as priority ticketing and priority boarding.
The newly revised "Interim Regulations on Military Vacation Work" will come into effect on January 1, 2023. The new vacation policy implements the Law on the Protection of the Status and Rights of Soldiers and actively adapts to the needs of the new era of innovative development of our military's military force utilization and training management.
① Adopt the form of "basic holidays + increased holidays" to give priority to grassroots officers and soldiers and soldiers in special areas and special positions. Increase the arrangement of the multi-year leave system to ensure that officers and soldiers have time and conditional leave.
② Integrate, reshape and design the vacation system for officers and sergeants, and uniformly set vacations for different regions, different positions, and different types of personnel, and systematically standardize annual leave, family leave, as well as marriage leave, maternity leave, etc. stipulated by the state and the military.
③ Adjust the economic compensation standards and payment methods for unvacated vacations, vacation plan control and rigid implementation system, and refine vacation plan arrangements, approval management, supervision and accountability, etc.
④ Rely on relevant military and local recruitment and reception agencies to establish military leave service guarantee outlets, and improve the guarantee standards for some officers and soldiers traveling to visit relatives based on the level of economic and social development.

The 2023 military service registration process will begin on January 1, 2023. Performing military service and registering for military service in accordance with the law are the honorable obligations and sacred responsibilities of every citizen of appropriate age.

Registration target:
■ Before December 31, 2023, male citizens over 18 years old whose permanent residence is in the jurisdiction of this province, as well as those who are studying in ordinary colleges, high schools and secondary schools in this jurisdiction, should participate in military service registration.
■ Before December 31, 2023, any male citizen under the age of 24 who has not registered for military service must make up the registration.
■ When registering for military service, you can also apply for the 2023 conscripts application . If you have no intention to join the army this year, you can choose to "defer the application" in the last step of military service registration.
■Those who have registered for military service in previous years can log in to the "National Military Recruitment Network" to verify their personal registration information and apply for registration this year.

Application targets:
