Huaxin Town closely focuses on the development positioning of "hub core, Hongqiao Lane, Happy City", takes "community improvement" as the main line of work, and strives to promote the integration of forces in the community, problem solving in the community, and mass gathering in the community. It plans to build 29 happy communities in three years, including 28 point-shaped happy community sites and 1 area-type site, effectively covering 34 villages in the town.
Following the successful completion of the pilot construction of happy communities in Xuzhong Village and Yangjiazhuang Village last year, this year, the construction of happy communities in Huaxin Town has begun to gradually roll out from point to surface, completing the construction of 3 sites in Huaihai Village, Xingshangwan Community, and Huayue Community; 11 sites including Zhoubang Village, Songshan Village, Baolong Community, and Ruihe Jinting Community will start construction simultaneously at the end of December.
