On November 11-12, Shandong Qihe Biotechnology held the fourth training course for retired military personnel. More than 20 retired military personnel from Si County, Anhui Province participated in the training. Luo Hongyan, Director of the Si County Veterans Affairs Bureau, Wang Yu, Deputy Director, Su Shutong, Party Secretary and Chairman of Qihe Bio, Zhang Shizhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Liu Quansheng, Secretary of the Veterans Party Branch of Qihe Bio, and Li Zhaoqiang, First Secretary of Qihe Bio from the Zibo Big Data Bureau, attended the event.
Before the training, the veterans visited the Qihe Biosource Factory in Yiyuan County and the Xilou Smart Factory in Zichuan District. They visited the factory's rod making workshop, cultivation shed, and mushroom fruiting shed to experience the employment environment of Qihe Biotech. I watched the company’s promotional video at the Intelligent Control Center and learned about Qihe Biotech’s production scale, operating conditions, and the company’s future development strategy.
On November 12, retired soldiers participated in an employment training class. Yin Hui, deputy manager of the Human Resources Department of Qihe Biotechnology , explained the teaching arrangements for the training class and the employment placement of veterans.
Qihe Bio Wang Rongbao, a retired military representative and deputy general manager of Qihe Fungi Industry Co., Ltd., spoke.
Zhang Shizhong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Qihe Biotechnology , conducted employment training for retired soldiers.
Luo Hongyan, director of the Si County Veterans Affairs Bureau, said that Qihe Biology made us feel the power of science and technology to promote agriculture and independent innovation, and was deeply moved by Chairman Su Shutong's love and persistence for agriculture.
