2. Compensation method for the land and ground attachments to be expropriated (recovered)
Shandong Province Heze Prison and Mudan District People's Government jointly entrust an evaluation agency to evaluate the land and above-ground construction facilities. After confirmation by Shandong Provincial Prison Administration Bureau and Shandong Provincial Government Affairs Administration , compensation will be provided in accordance with the recovery agreement signed by Mudan District People's Government and Shandong Province Heze Prison.
3. Other matters
After this announcement, no compensation will be given to anyone who rushes to plant, plant or build within the scope of the land to be expropriated (recovered); it is planned that the Heze Mudan District People's Government will organize relevant departments to conduct survey, demarcation and inventory confirmation starting from June 1, 2020. Relevant units and individuals should actively support and cooperate. For the residential buildings, industrial and mining enterprises and other construction facilities involved in this expropriation (resumption), the "House Demolition Compensation and Resettlement Agreement" signed between the Heze Mudan District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the property owners will be regarded as inventory confirmation materials. This announcement will be posted at the location of the state-owned units involved in the expropriation (resumption) of land, and will be announced in the Shandong Province Land Acquisition Information Public Inquiry System.
