On June 19, the fifth session of the Ninth People's Congress of Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City concluded. 1. Promote the public welfare and inclusive development of preschool education.
Eight public kindergartens in Daishan, Yunfeng, Haiqian, Zhongsheng, Haiwan, Gree Plaza , Haojing Garden and Lanpu will be completed and put into use within the year. Construction of 10 public kindergartens including Zheshang Road, Tourist Road, Hongwan Old Renovation Supporting Area, Jingshan Road, Jinan University, and Kaisa has started.
2. Promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education
Guotuan Primary School and Phoenix Middle School will be completed and put into use within the school year.
3. Improve the level of health protection
Newly built Gongbei and Jida 2 sub-district public community health service centers.
4. A number of public parking spaces
have been built with 1,330 new parking spaces, including 3,400 urban living rooms, 500 urban balconies, 160 in the third phase of Xiangshan Lake Park, and 270 in Haitian Park.
5. Renovation and improvement of transportation facilities
The comprehensive reconstruction and improvement of 10 roads in Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park including Pingtung 1st Road, Pingtung 3rd Road, and Hongda Road has started. The construction of supporting municipal roads around Haiqian Kindergarten, Rong Guotuan Primary School and Fenghuang Middle School has been completed.
6. Improve the level of elderly care services
Start the renovation and expansion project of Wan Chai community elderly care service center. Expand the 4th to 6th floors of Wan Chai Community Elderly Care Service Center, adding 131 institutional elderly care beds.
7. A total of 39.6 million yuan was invested in remediating hidden fire safety hazards
, and simple fire protection facilities in small places in the district have been fully covered.
8. Promote the improvement of employment quality
Carry out vocational skills improvement actions and implement skill training projects such as maternal and infant services, home services, elderly care services and medical care services.
9. Strengthen the comprehensive management of food safety
Xiangzhou District Food Centralized Processing Center was built and put into use, and the food traceability system was introduced to 65 food production and processing units in the district.
10. Deepen water environment management
Invest 2.8039 billion yuan to implement the Qianshan River Basin comprehensive improvement EPC project.
