Taipei District Court in response to the Third CPC case, and Ma Ying-jeou was not accused of the first instance. The Kuomintang caucus bluntly stated that the Taipei District Court restored Ma Ying-jeou's judicial innocence. As a leader of the Taiwan region and chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party, shouldn't Tsai Ing-wen publicly apologize for prosecution of abuse of power in the North Korean Procuratorate?
Korean Party Group pointed out that in 2006, Yu Xikun, then former chairman of the DPP, reported to the High Procuratorate's Office, that Ma Ying-jeou and others sold party property at a low price. After investigation by the special investigation team in 2014, they were illegally signed. In 2017, the DPP raised the so-called new evidence by re-blacking the agency " Party Industry Association ", and the prosecutor general of the Beijing Procuratorate appointed by Tsai Ing-wen was re-prosecuted.
KMT caucus said that the Tsai administration reopened its "rule" and prosecuted the abuse of power for the former leader, and for the political pursuit of Ma Ying-jeou. They wanted to ask Tsai Ing-wen, no political intervention? Will the "Party Industry Association" propose so-called new evidence? No political force intervenes in the North Procuratorial Procuratorial General Meeting to stand on the front line, will the major war start investigation and re-prosecute? This lawsuit is a complete political prosecution case, and cooperates with the restart of investigations of relevant people. Now they are all promoted and made money in Green Dynasty.

Shouldn’t Tsai Ing-wen take responsibility for this? The Northern Procuratorate has become a tool for political disputes. Shouldn’t someone in the legal department come forward to take responsibility?
KMT Party Group emphasized that the results of the verdict have proved two things. The so-called transformation justice over the past five years is just an vent tool for "changing my intentions"; and the so-called judicial reform is far away. The legal department and the Beijing Procuratorate Society have a long way to go! Shouldn’t these judicial persons who are willing to serve as tools of judicial and political struggles for the people?
