In the "GN China's Cleanest City Evaluation Index System", our Xiamen ranked fourth in major cities in Greater China with a total score of 84.63, and ranked first among all cities in the mainland! In other words, Xiamen was rated as the cleanest city in mainland China by the agency!

It is understood that the cleanest cities in this selection refer to: high urban greening coverage rate, neat and beautiful buildings, clean main and secondary roads, streets and alleys, high garbage and sewage treatment rates, and the urban cleaning and cleaning system is implemented in place. The "GN China Cleanest City Evaluation Index System" on which the scoring is based includes five first-level indicators, including urban greening index, building cleanliness index, living environment cleaning index, waste treatment index, cleaning and cleaning index, and 21 second-level indicators. The top five "cleanest cities" in Greater China are Hong Kong, Macao, Taipei, Xiamen and Dalian.
