The accumulated losses in the first two years have reached half of the capital. The civil aviation authority reminded the handling of capital increase. However, the loss of 4.22 billion yuan in the first three quarters of this year has been 11.16 billion yuan so far, which is about 60% of its capital amount of 18.11 billion yuan.
Xie Jinmei, head of the air transport team of Taiwan's "Civil Aviation Administration", said that Star Aviation will propose improvement plans.
