A group of "independence faction" surrounded Chen Shui-bian, who supported Lai Ching-te in the DPP primary election, and now a considerable number of people oppose Tsai Ing-wen. He just grabbed Tsai Ing-wen's lack of support from the "independence faction", but he was able to show off his power, and the price was the fairness of Taiwan's judicial system.
Tsai Ing-wen’s nomination of green politicians or scholars as “prime judges” can be seen from her attempt to gradually achieve the purpose of “green” through changes in senior officials in the judicial system. Some of the nominees who had served as "Chief Justice" returned the case and renewed their posts, which has never happened before; some of the nominees directly expressed their disbelief of Taiwan's "constitutional" regulations during the inquiry stage, but were still able to serve as "Chief Justice".
Since Tsai Ing-wen took office, she has repeatedly damaged the credibility of Taiwan's judicial system. The "Green Justice" also cooperated with Tsai Ing-wen's various policies openly and secretly, and took the initiative to restrict power, but asked about the matters led by Tsai Ing-wen. First of all, we will adopt the method of "not accepting cases". If we really can't continue and we must make a ruling, we will not disobey the will of Tsai Ing-wen's authorities. Only "legalization of same marriage" is considered to be the "active action of the judicial organs", but that is also to solve the problem for Tsai Ing-wen. Who believes that Tsai Ing-wen has not played any guidance chess at all? What's more explicit is that when Tsai Ing-wen was hosting the "Judicial Reform Conference", the voting results were not as she expected. She criticized the voters on the spot and asked to vote again to get the results she wanted. When Tsai Ing-wen doesn’t even want a fig leaf on the issue of “judicial justice”, how can Taiwan’s judiciary be trusted by the people?
Taiwan’s judicial start to “green” is not news. It can be seen from the fact that various institutions such as “ Supervision Office ” and “Civil Service Punishment Committee” have chased and beat Guan Zhongmin, the president of National Taiwan University who was born in the blue camp. Now, former DPP chairman Shi Ming-teh has also begun to question "the court is dyed green". He criticized that a judge once told him, "I am a green judge. If you don't agree to a settlement, I will sentence you to lose in the afternoon." He questioned, "Will the judicial community be ashamed?"
