Blood is collected from healthy animals in government-regulated factories in Australia. Whole blood is collected using strict sterile collection techniques and then condensed under controlled conditions. Serum was collected after centrifugation and frozen immediately.

The possibility of contamination of viruses and foreign microorganisms contained in serum radiated by gamma can be reduced by millions of times, while at the same time, the serum's cell growth promotion effect is not affected by radiation.
