Advanced models that have won the "most beautiful retired soldiers" in our city in 2021 are: Wang Ying, Wang Hailong, Ma Jianjun, Sun Xueliang, Ren Zhanwang, Guo Tao, Nanlijun , Han Zhong, Li Wei, and Wei Mingjie. Among them are "soldier secretary" who have been rooted in the countryside for decades, entrepreneurs who have been laid off and are brave in innovation, industry models who have taken off their military uniforms and changed their jobs, and front-line workers who love their jobs and are dedicated to their jobs and silently dedicated themselves. They did not forget their military experience, cherished the honors of soldiers, and maintained the character of soldiers forever. They made outstanding achievements in their respective jobs, demonstrating the excellent qualities of retired soldiers who do not forget their original aspirations and keep their mission in mind, and set a benchmark and an example for the vast number of retired soldiers in our city.

Wang Ying
Wang Ying, female, Han nationality , from Datong, Shanxi Province, born in May 1980, joined the army in December 1996, retired in December 1999, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1999, and is currently the Minister of the Party Works Department of Datong North Expressway Management Co., Ltd. After retiring, she worked in highway work. She loves her job and devotes herself to society, and always pursues her original aspiration and mission that will never fade from olive green to highway blue. Over the past 19 years, she has promoted the establishment of a standardized system for toll management, compiled 8 volumes of standardized system manuals; improved 39 party building work systems and compiled them into volumes, formulated the "Guideline Manual for Standardization Construction of Party Branches"; established and improved more than 20 convenience service booths, bus shelters, and service desks; held the "Provincial toll site standardization construction observation meeting", and received exchanges and learning from more than 40 units inside and outside the province; cooperated to complete the cancellation of provincial highway toll stations to ensure the smooth completion of the national ETC networking work. Wang Hailong
Wang Hailong, male, Han nationality, eldest son from Shanxi, born in November 1972, joined the army in December 1990, retired in April 2003, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1995, and is currently a worker in the Tashan Coal Mine Comprehensive Mining Team of Jinneng Holdings Coal Industry Group. He loves his job, has a dedicated drilling skills, and is safe. He has worked selflessly to complete the annual coal mining task of 30 million tons, and has no accidents for 15 years. Ma Jianjun
Ma Jianjun, male, Han nationality, from Datong, Shanxi Province, born in September 1969, joined the army in October 1985, retired in March 1989, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1986, and is currently the secretary and director of the Party Branch of Datong Funeral Service Center. After retiring, he entered the civil affairs system. He was determined to reform, be brave to take responsibility, be pioneering and enterprising, and sincerely made contributions. He developed the Datong Funeral Home from a third-level funeral home with only 30 acres of land into a first-class funeral home with an area of 158 acres with a total investment of 140 million yuan, silently interpreting the "Ruzi Niu" style of the civil affairs people. Sun Xueliang
Sun Xueliang, male, Han nationality, from Guangling, Shanxi Province, born in June 1980, joined the army in December 1999, retired in December 2015, joined the Communist Party of China in July 2000, and is currently the general manager of Guangling County Hongyuan Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. After retiring, he returned home to start a business, invested more than 3 million yuan to develop new technologies and new varieties, promoted more than 20 scientific planting technologies, tried to plant more than 10 new varieties, and promoted 4 very high-quality and high-yield millet varieties, and established the millet brands of "Yanbei Dabai Valley" and "Sanjianfang Dabai Valley". Ren Zhanwang
Ren Zhanwang, male, Han nationality, from Lingqiu, Shanxi Province, born in June 1970, joined the army in March 1990, retired in December 1993, joined the Communist Party of China in March 1993, and is currently the Party Secretary and the Village Committee Director of Biantai Village, Hongshijie Township, Lingqiu County. Since he served as the Party Branch Secretary of Biantai Village in 2002, he has led the village "two committees" team to work hard. In the renovation of dilapidated houses in the new rural construction in 2012 and the relocation of relocation in 2017, he merged the original gouzhang Village and Longyuchi Village into Biantai Village, building 15 residential buildings with 32,000 square meters. Guo Tao, male, Han nationality, from Fanzhi, Shanxi Province, was born in June 1974, joined the army in December 1990, retired in December 1994, joined the Communist Party of China in April 2000, and is currently the director of Pingsheng Road Police Station of Heng'an Branch of Datong Public Security Bureau. He trained all 22 members of the group as technical backbone. He led the group members to maintain 6 laser cutting equipment, saving the company more than 100,000 yuan in equipment maintenance fees every year. Han Zhong
Han Zhong, male, Han nationality, from Huairen, Shanxi Province, born in January 1974, joined the army in March 1989, retired in December 1993, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1993, and is currently the chairman of Shanxi Runyang Xiangyu Technology Co., Ltd. After retirement, he was assigned to work at the Yanzishan Engineering Office of the former Datong Mining Bureau. He started his own business in 2001 and registered and established a company in 2012. He mainly engaged in sanitation and property management. He owned more than 80 modern sanitation vehicles, serving 360,000 residents and 1.4 million people in 258 residential communities in 258 residential communities such as Datong , Shuozhou , Xinzhou , Jinzhong and other places, and absorbed more than 730 laid-off and unemployed and 79 retired soldiers to find employment.
