When the police arrived at the scene, they saw a shocked scene: a little girl was lying in a pool of blood, and a woman was unconscious. Onlookers confirmed that this was a mother and daughter.

The mother and daughter were immediately sent to the hospital for treatment. The doctor found that the little girl was injured in multiple parts of the neck and body, and she was stabbed in total 75 times!

Luckily, since her main organ was not injured, the doctor thought she could survive.

It is reported that the little girl is 8 years old this year and is a refugee from Ukraine. After the mother and daughter arrived in Ireland, their lives had just stabilized, and the little girl had just entered elementary school recently.

It is reported that at the time of the incident, the mother and daughter lived in a hotel in the outskirts of Ennis, and the authorities converted it into a residence specifically for receiving Ukrainians who fled the war.

Irish police are investigating the matter, the hotel has been blocked and no suspects have been arrested yet.

According to data from United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees , from February 24 to July 5, about 8.8 million people left Ukraine to seek refuge in other countries. Most of the refugees were enthusiastically taken in by neighboring governments and kind-hearted people, but there were also many crises behind them, and many Ukrainian women became the target of sex trading gangs. How they survive locally has also become a big problem.
