On the 22nd, a reporter from Jimu News learned that the fire was suspected to be caused by conflicts caused by the tenant in the house and spilling gasoline. The injured are currently being treated in the ICU and the corresponding ward.

On the morning of December 22, according to nearby merchants, the fire building was Building 25 of the community. A cordon was set up around the building where the incident occurred that day, and there were police nearby on duty. The merchant recalled that at around 7 p.m. on the 21st, he heard a sound of explosion and thought it was a tire blowout. Later, he heard a fire truck coming, and later he learned that it was a criminal case.

That night, he saw two men climbing onto the guardrail outside the window and finally being rescued. Mr. Liu said that the houses in the incident were all young people living in, and there was a suspected conflict due to life disputes, and someone splashed gasoline and caused the fire. Mr. Liu said that he saw the injured person being carried downstairs at the scene and his injuries were very serious.

On December 22, a reporter from Jimu News learned from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University that many injured people are currently being treated in the ICU and corresponding wards of the hospital.
