Later I learned that in the injection molding machine factory, The so-called weight repetition accuracy standard is with pressure retention. What I said is that the product does not have pressure retention . This is very embarrassing. Do you know? Whether the position of the rubber injection stage in production is accurately repeated is very important for production stability, but this standard does not exist. Some are with pressure retention, and the latter is a very unreliable standard.
I'll say something. If it is kept in pressure, it will cover up the problem of poor stability in the injection process. As long as the machine's reverse ring leakage glue is not too powerful, it can meet the standards, and 1% is very easy.
