Li Bing (about the 3rd century BC), outstanding politician and water conservancy engineering expert during the Warring States Period. Qin Zhaoxiang King period (276 BC-251 BC) was the third magistrate of Shu County. He inherited the achievements of Kaiming's water control in Dayu and Ancient Shu , and presided over the construction of the world-famous Dujiangyan Water Conservancy Project, which benefited all the people for two thousand years and made a foundational contribution to the country of Tianfu.
