According to foreign media The Verge, Beyond Meat recently launched a new burger with a lower saturated fat content and more varieties can match traditional burgers.
Beyond Meat is keeping its pace of rapid iteration on plant-based meat alternatives, and the company has announced two new versions of its Beyond Burger: one juicy and the other reduces saturated fat. Grocery stores traditionally offer a variety of lean and fat mixtures in beef products, while Beyond Meat says its new burger is trying to offer a similar option.

Beyond says this new juicy meatloaf has 35% less saturated fat than the beef burger on average (80% to 20% fat), and another option is lower, with a 55% reduction in saturated fat. Beyond said the new burgers will also maintain the same salty flavor and lower calorie content as previous versions.
Beyond has not added or removed ingredients to achieve this, instead, it modified the way peas, beans, oils and grains are processed and layered into the final product. Beyond believes the new meat patties will meet a wider range of nutritional needs while quickly moving towards the goal of meeting the needs of meat lovers.
