From December 1, 2018, National III standard diesel trucks will be banned from traffic throughout the city throughout the day, and a transition period for Class III vehicles will be set to October 31, 2019. The main contents of the "Notice" released this time include:
(I) regulations on restricted vehicles. Medium and heavy-duty diesel trucks with national III emission standards of the city license plate and other provinces and municipal license plates, and diesel trucks that fail to meet the standards after supervision and sampling, and have not been re-inspected or failed to pass the inspection (hereinafter referred to as "high-emission diesel trucks")
(II) Regulations on the restricted areas. After a consensus was reached with the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the scope of restriction on high-emission diesel trucks is the existing truck restriction area, covering the main sections of Zhongshan , Xigang, Shahekou, Ganjingzi and the high-tech zone.
(III) Regulations on the time for restriction
From March 1, 2019 to February 29, 2020, from 6:30 to 19:00 every day, high-emission diesel trucks are prohibited from passing through the restricted area; from March 1, 2020, high-emission diesel trucks are prohibited from passing through the restricted area throughout the day.
Shanghai
For National III diesel trucks launched before 2011 and with a vehicle age of more than 5 years, the 24-hour restriction for all-day travel is implemented in Central and other areas.
Zhengzhou
On November 12, 2018, Zhengzhou Municipal Government held a press conference on road traffic management measures in Zhengzhou City and issued the "Notice on Road Traffic Management Measures in Urban Areas".
stipulates that from November 21, 2018, diesel vehicles (passengers and cargo) with National III emission standards are prohibited from entering 24 hours a day in the areas west of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, north of the South Ring Expressway, east of the West Ring Expressway-Zhengyun Expressway, and south of the North Fourth Ring Road, and diesel vehicles (passengers and cargo) with National IV emission standards that do not install pollution control devices or pollution control devices that do not meet the requirements are prohibited from entering.

Jinan

In 2019, all parts of Shandong Province will restrict diesel trucks with National III emission standards on urban roads.Among the regulations issued by Jinan City recently, the roads in Jinan urban areas, including roads within the built-up area of Changqing , Chapter Qiu , Jiyang , Pingyin , and the roads within the built-up area of Shanghe, Guosan diesel vehicles will be restricted from passing.
According to regulations, trucks need to apply for pass registration when they go on the road. Diesel vehicles that do not meet the standards will not be able to pass registration when they do not meet the standards. If the National III vehicles that do not meet the standards are on the road in violation of regulations, they will be punished for violating the ban sign.
Tianjin
From February 1, 2018, China III medium-sized, heavy-duty diesel vehicles and trucks in Tianjin and other places that have not installed particulate matter trap DPF devices (hereinafter referred to as DPF) are prohibited from entering the roads within the outer ring line (inclusive). Xi'an
On November 3, 2018, Xi'an Municipal People's Government issued the latest announcement on the management of diesel vehicle traffic (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement").
Xi'an City is divided into three categories of control areas:
1, Class I control area: area within the Third Ring Road (inclusive) of Xi'an City;
2, Class II control area: bounded by Xi'an City's Third Ring Road and extending outward, to the east to the area west of National Highway 210 and Provincial Highway 101, to the junction of Xi'an Hi-tech Zone, Weiyang District, and Xixian New District, , to the south to Provincial Highway 107 (Guanzhong Ring Line), and to the north to the administrative area of Xi'an City;
3, Class III control area: area outside the administrative area of Xi'an City Class I and Class II control areas.
The Announcement stipulates that diesel trucks with emission standards of National III and below can only pass through Class III control areas, and it is prohibited to pass through Class I and Class II control areas.
For diesel trucks registered in Xi'an (including Xixian New District), who still need to enter and exit Class I and Class II control areas for commodity delivery, a 6-month transition period will be given from November 16, 2018.

Shandong Province : Starting from July 1, 2019, Shandong Province will implement the national VI emission standards for motor vehicles, and some cities will implement them in advance. will be given a subsidy standard of 70,000 to 40,000 yuan per vehicle.
Shaanxi Province
Car owners can choose to eliminate them from 2018 to 2020, and receive three levels of subsidies based on the elimination in 2018, 2019 and 2020 respectively. The earlier the elimination, the higher the subsidy.

Subsidized models include not only conventional vehicles, but also multiple special models such as flatbed transport vehicles, truck cranes, and mixers.
The "Implementation Rules for the Elimination of National III Diesel Vehicles" issued by the five departments of Hangzhou City
was officially implemented on June 10, 2018 and ended on December 31, 2019. The standards for formulating subsidy funds are based on different years and models of the vehicle. The larger the model, the higher the price, and the smaller the service life of the same vehicle, the higher the price. The subsidies range from 10,500 yuan to 40,000 yuan.
Shenzhen
National III diesel vehicles will be eliminated by the end of 2018, with a maximum subsidy of 95,000. By the next stage (January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019), the maximum subsidy is 85,500.
Nanjing
differentiated government subsidies are given based on the model and service life of the eliminated vehicles. The subsidy standards are: National II gasoline vehicles 2750~9500 yuan/car, and National III diesel vehicles 4000~40,000 yuan/car. The deadline for applying for subsidies is December 31, 2020.
