In recent years, Zhangzhou Teachers' Continuing School has explored multi-level and chain-based teacher growth measures through experience accumulation to ensure and improve the level of education and lay a solid foundation for the modernization of education.

In 2019, the Xiangcheng District Education Bureau issued an Implementation Plan for the Selection and Training of Famous Teachers and Principals in Primary and Secondary Schools. The first batch of 13 famous teachers and 9 principals were given the opportunity to train, creating a step-by-step improvement platform for the leading education talent team.
"As a teacher, we must learn for life and continuously improve our professional level." Lin Lishan, vice principal of Xiangcheng Experimental Primary School and leader of Lin Lishan's famous teacher studio, told reporters that her studio was established in September 2020, and the research topic is "Integration of Picture Book Reading and Unified Textbooks". Currently, there are 21 members and students in the studio, composed of key teachers from all primary schools in the district.
"Through the studio's discussion and research, we hope to fill the shortcomings of high-quality textbooks in the lower grades and make the classroom more vivid." Lin Lishan said that with the platform of the famous teacher studio, communication between teachers and between studios is more convenient, and self-improvement can be achieved and self-improvement can be continuously improved. In 2021, Lin Lishan's course cases were selected as the National Premium Basic Education Course of the Ministry of Education.
