"2019 Changchun International Marathon" is scheduled to be held in Changchun City on May 26, 2019. This competition is the largest and highest-standard international sports event in our city. With the approval of the Changchun Municipal People's Government, temporary traffic control measures were taken on some areas and streets on May 26, 2019. 1. Competition route

III. Traffic control measures
1. In the enclosed area of Yatai Street-Dajing Road-Bei'an Road-Liaoning Road-Furong Bridge-Qingyin Road-Hsinchu Road-Kilung Street-Zhengyang Street-Chuangye Street-Anqing Road-Zinnong Street-Xiangnong Street-Xihu Road (inclusive)-Chhada Road (inclusive)-Shengshi Road-Fangcao Street-Ulsan Road, private cars are prohibited from passing through. Vehicles that need to pass enter and exit the area in advance or incorrectly according to the prescribed time.
2. The crossing section of the Ecological Square from the Fourth Ring Road (South Section) is prohibited from passing trucks. The truck that needs to pass will detour through the Ring Expressway in advance.
3. The track is equipped with 16 first-level crossing points throughout the entire track, which can be crossed before the competition officially begins; during the competition, vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing (traveling) in the track, except for racing vehicles and staff. Note: Vehicles refer to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles.
4. During the competition, temporary and long-term parking of vehicles on both sides of the track is prohibited (excluding parking lots and seats). Vehicles that refuse to leave and affect the normal progress of the event will be towed according to law.
4. Related requirements
1. During the period of traffic control, citizens in the controlled area are required to choose public transportation or non-motor vehicles and walking methods to minimize unnecessary motor vehicle travel, reduce road traffic pressure, and jointly maintain the city's image.
2. During the traffic control period, if a motor vehicle violates the regulations on the prohibited time and prohibited route, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall impose penalties in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Changchun Road Traffic Safety Management Regulations".
3. During the period of traffic control, the public security organs will severely punish illegal acts such as disobeying the command and management of staff and disrupting the order of the competition in accordance with the law.

According to the competition process, the marathon takes about 5 hours. It is inferred that the entire track will be lifted from 14:00 to 15:00 on the same day.
