1. It can usually be requested from the flight attendant on the plane.

The contents that need to be filled in are roughly the same as the basic data on your passport. 1. There are 2 forms to be filled in total, both sides, namely the entry and exit card and the application form for carrying items. The former is handed over when checking the passport, the exit card on the left (the inspection will be booked on the passport and will be torn off when returning), and the entry card on the right; the latter is handed over when passing the customs.
2. The Japanese entry card is divided into two sides, with Japanese characters, Chinese and English instructions on it, so you should understand what to fill in, but it should be noted that you need to fill in in English or Japanese.

1. The application for carrying items must be filled in in English or Japanese. Family members with blood or marriage only need to fill in one; if it is a group without blood or marriage, everyone needs to fill in it.
2. Signature can be used in Chinese or English.
3. If there is any error in filling out the file, you will be filled in with a new form and then queue up again.
4. Since 2007, when foreigners enter Japan for the first time, they will be required to press their fingerprints and take photos.
