The defendant rode a motorcycle to Singapore in the early morning of the next day. He saw his eldest daughter walking towards the bus station alone and immediately rushed forward to attack the other party. After slashing his daughter, the defendant fled the scene and tried to surrender to his son but failed. He was arrested by the police at the coffee shop on Kaki Bukit 4.
The police found the knife used to stab his daughter on the defendant, and the note he wrote about the child's unfilial piety. He said he wanted to commit suicide with a note.
prosecution said that the defendant obviously planned to commit a case, and had a lot of plans, and prepared a note to leave a last word. His technique was brutal. According to medical reports, Su Xuelian's injuries were serious and could endanger her life.
Although Su Xuelian has recovered now, according to her physical and mental trauma report, she avoided the crime scene afterwards and did not dare to sit down while waiting for the factory car at the bus station, thinking that it is easier to escape while standing. The prosecution advises the judge to sentence the defendant to jail for at least 16 years.

In addition, the defendant is 65 years old. If he is in jail for 16 years, it will undoubtedly be a lifelong prison. He begged the judge to sentence him to 10 years in prison because the defendant chose to plead guilty and had no criminal record.
