After being hit by a bird in Hong Kong the night before, Tiger Airlines had another problem in Changi this morning!
This morning, the Tiger Airlines TR2102 flight, which was originally scheduled to fly from Changi Airport to Suvarnabhumi Airport to Bangkok, had a problem after getting on the runway. Another passenger plane had an engine failure, causing hundreds of passengers to be stranded at Changi Airport for five hours, and some people refused to get off the plane at one point.
passengers were taken to the third passenger plane at 11:50 am and are expected to take off around 12:00 noon.
Ms Chen (36 years old, public relations manager), a reader of this newspaper, said: "The flight was originally scheduled to take off at 7 o'clock and arrived in Bangkok at 8:30, but when he was on the runway and was about to take off, he was towed back to the second terminal, saying that the plane had technical problems."
Ms Chen said that the crew asked hundreds of passengers to get off the plane. Originally, they had to get another terminal to exchange for another passenger plane, but in the end they were arranged to board another passenger plane at the second terminal.
"About 9 o'clock, after everyone had already settled, the plane turned back after boarding the runway. This time it was said that there was an engine problem."
A group of passengers refused to get off the plane for a while
When the crew asked the passengers to get off the plane for the second time, a group of passengers refused to obey.
Zhang Xuehua (32 years old), a Chinese team leader who brought 36 members to attend the Li Conference, said that the crew members could not speak Chinese and could not communicate with them. Some members were so anxious that they asked: "What's going on?"
Zhang Xuehua said that the members of the group were going to Singapore for the first time and were preparing to go to Bangkok to attend another clan interview today. They had originally arranged a meeting today, so they had to change it to Thursday.
Ms. Chen said that several passengers were asked to change the flight after being asked to get off the plane for the second time and were taken to another boarding door , while the rest of the passengers were waiting in the waiting room of the F33 boarding door for up to five hours.
