The Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce calls on the whole province to make good use of all kinds of resources of education bases, organize and arrange private economic personnel, chamber of commerce leaders, etc. to go to the education base for study and training, focus on strengthening the party and national conditions education and the revolutionary traditional education of the younger generation of private entrepreneurs, and continuously enhance the attractiveness, appeal and effectiveness of education and training.

Changleyuan Anti-Japanese War Industrial Site is located in Changleyuan area of ​​Jintai District (50 meters north of Baoshi Road). The heritage area covers an area of ​​nearly 400 acres. It is the largest cave factory in the country, the office building of Shenxin yarn mill, the Lenong villa, the thin shell workshop and other four historical sites. It was built in 1938-1951, and is the most complete anti-Japanese war industrial site in China.

Changleyuan has been abandoned since the 1990s as employees of various units relocated one after another.
