Step 1 , enter the WeChat payment function. Select "I-Pay-City Service".
Enter "City Service" and select "Social Security-Sichuan Social Security Payment-Urban and Rural Resident Social Security Payment".
Step 2 , inquiry of insurance information. Open the payment page, click "Payment Query", enter your ID number and name, select the insurance type, and click "Query".
Select the payment year and payment area, and click "Query".
Step 3 , confirm the payment information. Select the payment level, click "Query", confirm the payment information, and click "Next".
Step 4 , payment. Enter the bill details page, verify the information is correct and click "Pay".
Select the payment method and click "Confirm Payment".

can pay fees for yourself or others through the Electronic Taxation Bureau web version, and support WeChat, Alipay, and Cloud Flash Payment.

Step 1 , open the web version of the Sichuan Provincial Electronic Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, and select "Natural Person Login" to log in to the Electronic Taxation Bureau. After the payer logs in, the Electronic Taxation Bureau will jump directly to the social security payment module based on the payer's insurance participation information.
Step 2 , click [Urban and rural residents’ social security fee declaration and payment - declaration], enter the [Identity Information Fill in] module, and select the processing object.
When you select yourself, the system will bring out the current user information and click "Next" to select the insurance information.
When selecting someone else, fill in the client’s name, ID card type, ID number and nationality (region), and click "Next" to select insurance information.
Step 3 , confirm the insurance information and select the insurance type that needs to be paid. The payer checks the insurance type that needs to be paid. If you pay urban and rural residents' medical insurance, check the corresponding option as shown in the figure.
Step 4 , submit payment information.
- pays the social security premium for this year or the following year. Choose daily payment and click [Modify] to modify the payment year; click [Payment amount] to select the payable premium level.
Reminder: Medical insurance support is paid this year and the following year.

Step 5 , submit payment information and select payment method.
If you choose a third-party payment, the payer can choose Alipay, WeChat, and Yunflash Payment APP to scan the code to pay. After scanning the QR code to pay, if the payment is successful, the Electronic Taxation Bureau will prompt that the payment is successful. If the payment fails, a refund will be made within 2-3 working days.
If you choose an agreement to pay (if the tripartite agreement has not been signed before, the Electronic Taxation Bureau will jump to the agreement signing page), and after clicking [OK], it will jump to [Tripartite Agreement Selection]. Click OK, and the payment result will be prompted after paying.
