The sky is blue and the autumn of October is bright. I am very happy to gather with you at the "2019 First New Energy Industry Investment and Financing Forum and Project Matching Meeting". First of all, on behalf of Polaris and its co-organizer State Grid E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (Stategory Grid Financial Technology Group), I would like to welcome everyone’s arrival and sincerely thank everyone for their continued attention and support for Polaris!
In recent years, in order to achieve green, low-carbon and sustainable development, the country has vigorously promoted the revolution in energy production and consumption and achieved remarkable results. At the end of 2017, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the goal of building a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system, which pointed out the strategic direction for the development of China's energy , and the energy field ushered in new development opportunities and challenges.
Now, in the fields of new energy production, a revolutionary turning point has emerged, and energy transformation has entered a new stage. In particular, the first year of parity in the new energy industry represented by wind power and photovoltaics and has arrived, and large-scale industrial applications are no longer restricted by high costs and are restricted by markets.
Under the new situation, on the one hand, the further development of the new energy industry is inseparable from strong financial support; on the other hand, under the background of the rapid development of Internet finance , the financial industry is developing rapidly, and it is urgent to find new profit growth points. Therefore, combining the new energy industry with the development of the financial industry can achieve a win-win situation.
However, the field of new energy investment and financing is still facing many challenges such as lack of strategic leadership, insufficient risk and operational management capabilities, poor financing channels, etc. It is urgent to need a benign, market-oriented investment and financing environment and financial support system.
Based on this background, Polaris specially invited industry experts and professionals to gather here. I hope that through this meeting, all guests can deeply discuss and exchange new energy investment and financing trends, key points, difficulties and other issues. In addition, during this meeting, we also solicited some excellent new energy projects, in order to strengthen communication and contact between investment institutions and enterprises through the platform we have built, broaden the financing channels for the new energy industry, promote innovation in financial resources related to new energy, and achieve project docking as soon as possible, and ultimately promote the rapid and stable development of the new energy industry and win-win results of financial innovation.

Relying on the Polaris Power website group, it has been deeply engaged in industries such as thermal power, photovoltaics, wind power, energy storage, environmental protection, electricity sales, and comprehensive energy services for 20 years, and has huge energy user resources, project information, enterprise resources, data resources and investment institutions. Based on energy and focusing on electricity, we will build a precise docking platform for both the supply and demand sides of the capital. We hope to further improve the stability of the energy market and a good development environment.
North Star is committed to integrating industry resources and building a platform for communication for industry personnel. At present, a media matrix covering the overall field and industrial chain of the power and energy industry has been formed, including more than 20 sub-sectors in the sub-stations in the field of photovoltaics, environmental protection, wind power, energy storage, etc., with a total of more than 20 million users, and an average daily average of pv reached 1.5 million.
