This internship unit, Joyoung Co., Ltd., specially launched 8 internship positions for Taiwanese college students, including planning, product operation, designer, electronic engineer, structural engineer, etc., and also set up cultural lecture halls, food PK competitions, design thinking workshops, communication skills tutoring, freshmen party and other activities. While improving the professional skills of Taiwanese college students, they strengthen their cultural exchanges with the mainland, making Taiwanese college students reward them a lot. Lin Jingwen from Central University said, "Our daily schedule is very intensive. We start giving speeches from 8:50 in the morning, and may stay at the company until 9:00 in the evening when there are special events. ...All day after day I found that I was fully focused. Even if I was tired, I would force myself to take notes with my eyelids."
During the internship, Joyoung Company arranged for Taiwanese college students to participate in the training with mainland fresh graduates, creating a healthy competitive atmosphere for college students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to learn from each other and make progress together. Wang Junru from Taiwan Normal University wrote in his internship experience: "On the day of the opening, I was afraid that we would have many barriers to get along with each other, but all worries would soon disappear. ...In the subsequent training, students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait took each other's strengths and corrected their shortcomings. Point, this is definitely the best effect in group internships. "

In addition to the internship, the Municipal Talent Service Bureau also arranged for Taiwanese college students to visit Qianjiang New City , Meijiawu Tea Culture Base, Songcheng Cultural Park and other places with Hangzhou characteristics to understand the economic and social development of Hangzhou and feel the charm of Hangzhou's landscape and humanistic charm. Taiwanese college students such as Zhang Tingxuan from Fu Ren University have a new understanding of Hangzhou and the mainland: "Hangzhou, a city full of legendary and historical stories, I once thought that what I had here was just the classical and elegant West Lake scenery, but what I saw here was a city with fast and convenient growth. This is the most convenient place for mainland mobile payment (called mobile payment in the mainland, the same below). In communication with Hangzhou people, you can feel the ease of using fast payment. We have indeed experienced the convenience of mobile payment. For Taiwan, where mobile payment is not popular, this is really a very novel experience."
carried out the "Summer Internship Activity for Taiwanese College Students to Hangzhou" to enable Taiwanese college students to further understand the mainland from various aspects such as history, politics, economy, and people's livelihood, and also deepen their understanding of the mainland's employment market, workplace culture and development opportunities, which will help them find their future work direction and enhance their employment advantages.
"The time here passes so fast. I feel like I've just arrived. I met many friends, experienced life in the mainland, and experienced the charm of Hangzhou. I really hope to have more time to get to know this place, and I really hope to find a job in Hangzhou." This is the voice of all college students who come to Hangzhou for internship. Although the internship has ended, the friendship they have gained will not stop. Although the song has ended, the fate will eventually meet.
